"Goods, Items, Products" means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation e-mail
"Consumer" has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977
"Delivery" means the delivery of the Goods to the delivery address specified on the order.

Risk and Ownership:
The Goods shall be at the Buyer's risk once delivery has taken place. The Buyer must take all reasonable care of the Goods. Should the Goods be returned to outlet mirrors and furniture Ltd having been damaged while in the Buyer's care, the cost of such damage will be recovered from the Buyer. Ownership of the Goods will only pass when cleared funds have been received from the Buyer, regardless of whether delivery has taken place.
Limitations of Liability:
Our total liability in regard to the performance of this contract shall be limited to the value of the Goods. outlet Mirrors & Furniture Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses, costs or expenses incurred or any consequential compensation arising out of the performance/or non performance of this contract. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law. All contracts shall be governed by English Law. Any order placed by the Buyer and accepted by Outlet Mirrors and furniture Ltd is subject to the following terms and conditions unless specified in writing by one of the partners of outlet Mirrors & furniture Ltd
A confirmation of your order will be sent automatically by e-mail and, unless you are notified to the contrary the order will be deemed to be accepted by outlet Mirrors And furniture Outlet Mirrors and furniture Ltd retains the right to refuse any order and will in these circumstances reimburse the Buyer in full. Order acceptance, and the completion of the contract between you and outlet Mirrors and furniture will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following reasons:
- - The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- - Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- - The identification of a pricing or product description error
- - should an order be discounted if any part of the order is cancelled the discount applied is lost to all products bought on your order.
- - You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
- - Interest free credit option is not available whilst the 20% off sale is running.

Outlet Mirrors and furniture Ltd retains the right to investigate any order placed on this website that it suspects to be fraudulent, any such order will not be delivered until it is proven that that the order is bona fide. Should Outlet mirrors and furniture be unable to prove that an order is bona fide or to contact the Buyer then the monies will be refunded to the original card used to place the order and the order will be cancelled.
Description of Goods:
The description of the goods will be as specified within the confirmation e-mail and it is the Buyers responsibility to check that the Goods specified are as the Buyer intended to order. All sizes given are approximate. We will take every reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
Wall art can vary marginally in design as they bespoke hand made - 3d bottle will vary due to them being hand made. we do not specify which side the bottles or glass will be on as each one is unique. Liquid wall art designs may differ from brochure images marginally as there hand made and liquid wall art is not identical from piece to piece. The products overall Size can vary marginally due to frame selection. some frames are slightly wider than others and vice versus and a tolerance of a few cms has to be allowed.
Goods we have to order in
example being furniture or mirrored products that we have to pay for upfront and order in for you are non cancellable and returns are not accepted, we as a business cannot simply order goods in for you to decide you don't want them, all sizes and dimensions are on the item product page so please make sure when ordering you don't order in error as once we have ordered your goods and paid for them we cannot cancel them or accept them back.
Full payment is required at the time the order is placed and outlet Mirrors and furniture will collect the payment from the debit/credit card details supplied. All Prices and charges on this site are in U.K. pounds and include any V.A.T payable at the prevailing rate. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
cancellation of your order will incur costs of 20% of the product value plus vat.
Refusal of Transaction:
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any products or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our:
- withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold;

- refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgement - however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order. Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier and certain ranges of mirrors and furniture will be delivered direct by the supplier. All deliveries are carried out by a professional independent delivery company. After consignments are dispatched, outlet mirrors will not be held responsible for any delays suffered by the delivery company. Any date specified for a delivery to take place is regarded as a preferred date and, while every effort is made to deliver consignments on preferred dates, this is not guaranteed by outlet Mirrors and furniture Ltd or by any third party working on our behalf.
if a customer is not in or cancels deliveries then re delivery charges apply of the new delivery to your area at the costs it will involve to deliver.
All wall art is made to order unless stated in stock and may take up to 4-8 week weeks to be made although we do strive to get you your order as quick as possible. if the item is in stock it will say so on the product page.
Wall art is non cancellable, changable And non refundable. We as a company have to pay for your wall art to be made and we cannot obtain a refund once its ordered.
If you choose to accept part delivery of your order it is 100% non refundable - should further items become non available due to issues out of our control a refund will be given for the outstanding item only.
We do not deliver goods upstairs due to health and safety and liability insurance All furniture is delivered to downstairs only
Please make sure you have measured adequatley so goods fit into your home. we cannot be held resposible should goods not fit through door way or spaces.
Certain Goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyer's responsibility to assemble the Goods.
Goods signed for in good condition on delivery after being unpacked cannot be returned or disputed should damage occur. We give customer time to check there items on items on delivery.
If good are signed for without checking them or you refuse to check them on delivery responsibility passes over the customer should any damages occur and no claim for goods can be accepted
Should a customer request to return an item and if outlet mirrors and furniture accept this request the customer must return Good back in the same condition and packaging the item is received in. Delivery costs and return delivery costs are not refundable by outlet Mirrors and furniture ltd.
Should you decide you no longer require the item they must be returned to Outlet mirrors or they can be collected at the delivery costs we have to pay the driver.
order cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee plus vat once the order has been placed.
incorrect delivery addresses: delivery costs will not be refunded if an incorrect delivery address or incomplete address is supplied as we have to pay for each and every delivery up front. it is the customers responsibilty to make sure there address details are correct when submitting there order
international orders to the USA -CANADA & AUSTRALIA
We send your order to the freight forwarding company who then dispatch your order. all export orders take 28 days to dispatch and due to customs and excise clearance can take an additional 7-14 days dependant on customs clearance - we have no control over this what so ever. all export order delivery costs are non refundable once dispatched. should you wish to cancel your order you would forfeit these costs plus 20% of goods total for cancellation.
international orders are non refundable.
International deliveries of large items are dispatched securely on a pallet. pallet deliveries are curbside only and not brought into your home. It is the customers responsibility to be prepared for the delivery. We take no responsibility for this as its an export order. Please view our delivery page for export order terms and conditions.
Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order.
All Goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of delivery.
oxidisation issues are not covered by any guarantee unless on arrival it's clear there is an issue.
Oxidisation occurs when a room is cold or has moisture / damp in the air - or liquid has got under the glass edge. We cannot be responsible for customers in how they use there product. Use of glass-sprays with chemicals is not advised and is not covered under any guarantee.
Good on special offer and in the sales and given a 3 month warrantly.
No goods will be replaced or exchanged without inspection and thecfiret option is always to repair first of all .
should a customer damage a unit whilst awaiting a replacement no replacement can be given when the item is damaged by the customer.
Eletrical items have a 6 month warranty.
The images of mirrors shown within our catalogue, photographed either by outlet Mirrors or provided by the manufacturer, are as accurate as is available at the time of uploading the image to the web site. Some images may have been digitally cropped or altered to correct perspective distortions and improve general clarity. Owing to the problems inherent with photographing highly reflective surfaces, some images of bevelled glass mirrors have been digitally generated in order to provide a clearer depiction of how the actual mirror will look.
Please note that the product you receive may appear slightly different in colour owing to variations in the equipment used to produce and view the images.
Glass and mirror is an intrinsic product with natural flaws and some very slight inperfections As with any natural product.
Complaints relating to manufacturer silvering defects should be notified in writing should be addressed to Customer Services, by e-mail to [email protected]
In the rare event that Goods develop a mirror silvering fault, Outlet mirrors and furniture Ltd retains the right to have the Goods repaired or replaced at outlet Mirrors and furniture Ltd discretion, and any delivery costs associated with the exchange of faulty Goods will be met by outlet Mirrors. where missing parts or repalcement parts are required in some instance we have to obtain the orginal parts back before new ones can be sent out. this doesnt apply small parts and only to main parts eg doors or draws. its supplier policies that prevent us from issuing goods without getting them back first.
we retain the right to charge £65 for the inspection to cover costs. This charge will be requested prior to inspection and the inspection cost refunded in full if the product is deemed faulty. The Buyer and outlet Mirrors and furniture Ltd shall both agree to be bound by the results/findings of the independent inspector.
All goods must be returned in there orignal packaging or we cannot accept the goods back- Any goods returned damaged which have been damaged by the users will incur the cost to fix the damage. The cost of replacement parts to fix the damage if repairable will be deducted off the refund total that is due to be returned back to you.
Goods on order and with a quoted lead time are not subject to cancellation without a 20% cancellation charge being applied. We are within our rights to refuse a refund where lead times have been given.
Refunds on cancelled orders that are not in sale prior to delivery will be made as soon as possible following written notification of cancellation and in any case will not exceed a period of 7 days of that written notice. All refunds will be made onto the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase or if payment was made in another way the refund will be made using the same method. Refunds on Goods already specially ordered or dispatched for delivery are non cancellable
Refunds take up to 14 working days to be processed back to same payment method that was used to make payment
Goods in the sale are non cancelable and non refundable - a credit note will be given.
Wall art made to order is non cancelable and not refundable.
We as a company have to pay for your wall art to be made and we cannot obtain a refund once its ordered and paid for.
The Buyer may cancel the goods that are not in the sale at any time within 14 days of orderering that are stock items. Goods ordered in are non cancelable as we have to pay for your goods upfront when ordering.
once items are delivered by our own driver, unboxed and opened and signed for we cannot refund your order.
If goods have been specially made to order order we cannot refund you.

The Buyer may return goods to outlet mirrors and furniture within 7 days of recieving them for a credit note less the delivery cost - refunds are not given. after the 7 day period from delivery no returns are accepted.
The Buyer is responsible for returning goods at their own expense.
All items must be returned in their orignal packaging unused.
The parcel and its contents are the Buyer's responsibility to return until accepted back into stock by outlet Mirrors & Furniture. We do not accept liability for loss or damage of return goods in transit. Returned goods will be inspected on receipt by outlet Mirrors and once deemed to be complete and in satisfactory re-saleable condition,outlet Mirrors and furniture will accept the returned goods. Credit notes cover the value of the goods only and not the cost of any delivery services contracted by the Buyer at the time the main contract for the goods was placed. We reserve the right to withhold refunds in full or in part for goods that, following inspection, are considered to be have been damaged or returned in an unsatisfactory condition. Items that have been produced to order in bespoke designs, sizes or colours may not be returned unless theres manufacturer fault
From time to time outlet Mirrors and furniture Ltd may agree to assist a Buyer by arranging for a courier to collect and return goods on a customer's behalf at the cost we have to pay. This does not affect the terms and conditions of return as stated here and liability and title of the goods remains with the Buyer until all goods are accepted back into stock by outlet Mirrors and furniture Ltd. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to satisfy themselves that packaging and method of transportation are of an acceptable standard and when colection of the goods is booked in for collection should a collection be missed the cost of re booking is chargable. we give you a day for collection and missed collections are chargeable.
